I.Preamble

Welcome to use WIIN!

1、When the user clicks the consent of the WIIN registration page and continues to complete the registration process and obtain the WIIN account number and password, it is considered that the user and WIIN have reached the "WIIN User Agreement".

2、WIIN specifically reminds that before using the WIIN service, users must carefully read all the terms of this agreement (the minor should be accompanied by their guardian when reading), especially all clauses concerning restricting user's rights in this agreement.

3、The user's downloading, registration, login, use and connection to the WIIN service will be deemed to be fully understood, accepted and agreed by the user to comply with all the contents of this agreement. This Agreement may be amended and explained by WIIN.The revised terms of the Agreement shall supersede the original terms of this Agreement upon publication by WIIN, and constitute the entire and latest agreement between the User and WIIN regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. Users can check the terms of the latest agreement at any time on the WIIN website or the WIIN app. If the user does not accept the latest agreement terms of the WIIN amendment, please stop using the WIIN service immediately. If the user chooses to continue using the WIIN service, the user is deemed to fully understand, accept and agree to abide by the revised terms of the latest WIIN Agreement.

4、The User hereby declares that the relevant content of this Agreement has been fully understood and there is no major misunderstanding; at the same time, there is no unfair situation in the content of the Accreditation Agreement.

II.User information terms

1、User's personal information. User's personal information includes the following information: user's real name, occupation, avatar, mobile phone number, IP address.

2、Non-user's personal information. The user's operation status, usage record, usage habits, etc. of the WIIN service reflect all the recorded information on the WIIN server side, and all other information outside the scope of the user's personal information described above.

3、Information recorded by third-party platforms. Users who register, log in, or use WIIN services through third-party platform accounts such as Sina Weibo account and WeChat account (hereinafter referred to as “third-party platform”) will be deemed to fully understand, agree and accept WIIN collection, statistics ,analysis and other means to use all the information (hereinafter referred to as "third-party platform record information") that is filled, registered, published, and recorded on third-party platforms. Once the user registers, logs in, or uses the WIIN service using a third-party platform account, any use of the information recorded by WIIN on such third-party platforms will be deemed to have been fully agreed and accepted by the user.

4、IMPORTANT: In order to provide WIIN services to customers, WIIN may use user's personal information, non-user personal information and third-party platform record information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "user information"). Once the user registers, logs in, or uses the WIIN service, it will be deemed that the user fully understands, agrees, and accepts that the WIIN uses the user's information reasonably, including but not limited to collection, statistics, analysis, and use.

5、The purpose, method and scope of the user's personal information. The user promises that he fully understands that the purpose of WIIN using user's information is to provide better service to users; the way WIIN uses user's information includes but is not limited to: collection, statistics, analysis, use of commercial purposes, etc; The user's information WIIN uses includes, but is not limited to:user's personal information, non-user's personal information, third-party platform record information, etc. as defined in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of this article.

6、A channel for users to query, correct, and add information. Users can query, correct, and add user’s information through related functions in the WIIN service. The right of WIIN to use this information is authorized by the user.

7、The manner and consequences of the user's refusal to provide information. Users can no longer provide user information to WIIN by stopping using the WIIN service. However, WIIN is not responsible for actively deleting and destroying user’s information that the user has previously agreed to use with WIIN. If the user refuses to provide user’s information, WIIN may stop providing the service at any time.

8、The clarity of user authorization. The user's registration, login, and use of the WIIN service is deemed to expressly consent to the WIIN collecting and using its user information without additional meaning. WIIN does not have to pay any fees to users for their use of user’s information.

9、WIIN promises. WIIN respects the legal rights of authorized users, respects the free choice of authorized users, and does not collect and use user’s information in violation of laws, administrative regulations and the terms agreed in this agreement.

III.WIIN service usage rules

1、The user fully understands and agrees that the user assumes full legal responsibility for all actions of registering, logging in, and using the WIIN Service with his or her account, including all User Information provided to WIIN, and all actions and events conducted through his WIIN Service Account.

2、The user agrees to strictly adhere to the following rules during the use of the WIIN service:

（1）Comply with Chinese laws, regulations, administrative regulations and regulatory documents;

（2）Obey all WIIN agreements, regulations, procedures, notices, and usage rules related to WIIN services;

（3）The WIIN service shall not be used for any illegal or criminal purpose;

（4）The WIIN service may not be used in any way to violate the legal rights of WIIN;

（5）Do not use the WIIN service for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.

（6）Do not use the services provided by WIIN to upload, display or transmit any false, harassing, libelous, racially discriminatory, abusive, intimidating, erotic or any other illegal information;

（7）The intellectual property rights of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, etc., the right of reputation of third parties or the legal rights of any other third party may not be infringed by any other person in any way.

（8）Ensure that the relevant information displayed on the WIIN service, including but not limited to the content in the “Article II, User Information Terms” of the preceding article, does not violate the relevant laws and regulations, and does not infringe the legal rights of third parties.

3、WIIN reserves the right to review and supervise the use of WIIN services by users. If users violate any of the above agreements when using WIIN services, WIIN has the right to request users to correct or directly and unilaterally take all necessary measures to eliminate or mitigate user misconduct. Any impact of WIIN, third parties, Internet services or social public interest. The WIIN does not notify the user in any way during the operation or during the operation or after the operation is completed.

4、While using WIIN services, users agree to accept all kinds of information that WIIN publishes, pushes, and provides.

5、The user agrees that WIIN reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate some or all of the WIIN services at any time. WIIN does not need to notify the user and WIIN does not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party about this.

IV.Disclaimer of information disclosure

WIIN will use the user’s information in accordance with the laws and regulations and industry norms, and will not disclose to any unrelated third party the user's personal information or user's personal communication information that can identify the user's individual in the personal information of the user, except one of the following circumstances:

1. Obtained explicit authorization from the user in advance;

2. In order to safeguard the public and the legitimate interests of WIIN;

3. WIIN may cooperate with third parties to provide related network services to users. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as the user privacy protection clauses stipulated in this agreement, WIIN has the right to provide the user’s information to the user. 4. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations;

5. In accordance with the requirements of relevant government departments and judicial organs.

The user fully understands and agrees that WIIN shall not be liable for the disclosure of user’s Information to any third party in the event of any one or more of the above.

V.Intellectual Property

1、“Intellectual Property ” means various types of past valid, currently valid, or forthcoming intellectual property rights relating to WIIN services, including but not limited to invention patents, trademarks, copyrights, utility models, designs, fabrics. Graphic design, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, and related applications.

2、WIIN is the owner of all intellectual property rights related to the WIIN service, and enjoys and retains all intellectual property rights contained in the WIIN service provision process, including but not limited to any text, images, graphics, audio and/or video materials. All rights to independence.

For content copyrighted by WIIN, without the consent of WIIN, users may not reprint or re-issue WIIN intellectual property rights or any information and information provided by WIIN Services in any media directly or indirectly, for broadcast, for playback or distribution purposes. The foregoing materials and information may not be used for any commercial purpose; without the written consent and permission of WIIN, no one may use (including but not limited to: illegally copy, distribute, display, mirror, upload, download) or use Unconventional methods (such as: malicious crawling, attacks, etc.) affect the normal service of WIIN, and no one can automatically obtain WIIN data by software program. Otherwise, WIIN will pursue legal responsibility according to law.

3、For the integrity of services and data, WIIN will provide some information through user contribution and third-party data cooperation. The copyright of this part is for users and third-party data, and WIIN will mark and explain.

（1）The content contributed by the user on the WIIN (including but not limited to the company, comments, person information, pictures, etc.), the copyright belongs to the user himself. Users can authorize WIIN to use or authorize third parties to use it.

（2）Third-party data (including but not limited to news, intellectual property, business data, etc.) quoted by WIIN, the copyright is owned by a third party. Users who need to use it need to contact and be authorized by a third party.

（3）For information contributed by user contributions and third-party data, WIIN cannot confirm the authenticity, reliability, ownership of property, etc. of the information. You need to bear the possible risks or losses of the results of using the information. WIIN does not promise to bear the joint risks. responsibility. For this part of the information, users are welcome to participate in the improvement with us. If there is a real, reliable, intellectual property dispute, please contact WIIN, we will do the offline and delete processing of the information.

4、WIIN reserves the right to monitor its content in real time for any text, images, graphics, audio and video created by the user and uploaded to the WIIN website or platform, and has the right to independently violate this agreement in accordance with WIIN. The content of the agreement or suspected illegal or illegal content is deleted. WIIN is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the deletion of the user's work or for any loss to the user.

5、These Terms will continue to be valid without the written consent of WIIN and will not be invalidated due to the user closing the WIIN Service Account or discontinuing use of the WIIN Service.

VI.Other disclaimer

1、Information is provided based on the status quo. All service information provided by WIIN is provided only in accordance with the current status of the information provided and is for user's reference only. WIIN does not make any promises or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness and applicability of the above information. The User shall make its own judgments on the information provided by WIIN and assume any and all risks arising from the use of the aforementioned information, including any risks or reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the information. WIIN is not responsible for any loss caused by any act of the user's use of the information.

2、WIIN shall not be liable for any loss(Including but not limited to the security of user computer information and data, the security of user personal information, etc.) to the user or any third party caused by force majeure or the unpredictable or uncontrollable reasons(including but not limited to computer viruses or hacking, system instability, improper use of accounts by users, and any other technology, internet, communication line reasons, etc.).

3、The User agrees to assume all liability for any loss to WIIN or other third party caused by the user's use of the WIIN service in any manner that is illegal or in violation of this agreement. Including but not limited to the illegal, untrue, and improper content of the website, infringing any legal rights and interests of third parties, etc.

4、The User fully understands and agrees that in the course of using the WIIN service, there may be threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior from any other third party, or there may be violations of the rights (including intellectual property) of others. The user shall determine the risks of the relevant content, information, and behavioral safety, and shall bear any responsibility for the above risks to WIIN or third parties.

5、WIIN and its partners do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any and all aspects of the WIIN Services. The foregoing commitments or warranties include, but are not limited to, the authenticity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, any form of title guarantee, non-infringement warranty, etc. of the WIIN service. WIIN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the foregoing non-commitment or warranty.

VII.Applicable law and dispute resolution

1、The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

2、Any dispute between the user and WIIN related to this Agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days from the date of the dispute, the user hereby completely and irrevocably agrees to submit a lawsuit about the dispute to the people's court of the place where WIIN (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is located.

VIII.Other regulations

1、If any provision of this agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity of the other terms of this Agreement.

2、The final interpretation and modification rights of this agreement and the contents this agreement are owned by WIIN. If you have any comments on WIIN and this service, please feel free to contact WIIN.
