30 July 2018, Beijing – The EU SME Centre signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with World Intelligent Incubation Network (WIIN) to strengthen cooperation in connecting EU China incubation networks and supporting SME and start-up innovation.The Centre and WIIN will be cooperating in a variety of areas such as joint research, information and knowledge sharing, and training activities. Both sides will leverage their resources to provide better services for European and Chinese start-ups and entrepreneurs in the innovation sector.

Haikou national high tech Zone Incubator operation and Management Co., Ltd. is a technology-based small and micro enterprise incubation service platform established by Haikou national high tech Zone Management Committee.
