The building managers use Aviziero to split the utility bills between the apartments in the building. The software also provides all the necessary documents for a correct building accounting. As the information is available online, the owners/tenants, association’s presidents and the auditor committee can access it via their own account and spot any mistakes and mismanagement of tenants money.
Also, the tenants are allowed to pay their maintenance bill online, via credit cards, ensuring that the managers can fulfill their tasks in time and avoiding penalties for the individual, as well as the building. The software sells on a subscription model, while the clients are building managers and apartment owners/tenants, while the association’s president and the auditor committee are beneficiaries with no fees.
