The business incubation organizations (including incubators, accelerators, university related science parks and other types) which want to join WIIN need to meet the following criteria: focusing on intelligent manufacturing, medicine & health, energy saving & environment protection, culture and creativity, information & telecommunication technology and other fast growing industries; with excellent performance and highly recognized by the industry or the authorities; with the willingness to provide preferential space & services for the incubatees in other WIIN member business incubation organizations.

Start-ups which want to join WIIN need to meet the following criteria: its business is in the areas of intelligent manufacturing, medicine & health, energy saving & environment protection, culture and creativity, information & telecommunication technology or other high growth industries; in a high growth period; being incubated or graduated from a WIIN member business incubation organization.

Big companies which want to join WIIN need to meet the following criteria: listed in the stock market, annual R & D expenditure is more than 5% of its annual income.

Investors which want to join WIIN need to meet the following criteria: managing a fund which is more than 10 million USD, angel and A round investment is more than 20% of its total investment.
